Basically, Pop Island is a souped up version of “Capture the Flag”. The player takes control of one of the many game’s animals, each with its special abilities, its advantages and its disadvantages. One has to go around areas picking up as many flags on the way and carry them to the home base. One also has to take flags away from the animals of the opposing team and manage to keep them away from you as you transport the flags to the home base.
