Nintendo DSiWare’s Fieldrunners is a single player strategy game that is based on defending the tower units. As a player, you have to plot out the gauntlet your attackers will run and what towers would fit best in any given position for maximum impact. There are strategies across five maps, six tower units and a whole lot of defending.
In the Classic mode of this game, the maps allows use of four pre-determined, upgradeable tower units, ranging from your standard machine gun turrets to rockets to electric Tesla towers. For building each tower unit, you need to earn money by downing the enemies extracting it from their fallen corpses. The game has unbelivably good graphics and the use of strategies can really get you going with this Nintendo game.
